SHIPPING
Shipping fees are not included in the price of your product. Brunel ships to the continental US and is unable to ship to PO Boxes. Rates will be calculated at checkout based on the item details, destination, and mode of shipping. Local delivery and pick-up options are available upon request. Shipping rates displayed at checkout are calculated to the best of our ability based on current carrier rates and destination information. However, due to fluctuations in shipping costs, package dimensions, or delivery locations, actual shipping charges may vary.
We reserve the right to adjust shipping fees if the calculated rate at checkout is found to be inaccurate. In the event of a rate adjustment, customers will be notified prior to shipment and given the opportunity to approve the updated shipping cost or cancel the order for a full refund.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Eligibility for returns or exchanges depends on the product, refer to the individual product pages for details. In general, return policies are as follows:
Furniture: All furniture, including made-to-order, in stock, vintage, etc is final sale and not eligible for return. If your order arrives damaged or defected, please reach out to hello@shopbrunel.com within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
Mirrors: All mirrors are final sale and not eligible for return. If your order arrives damaged or defected, please reach out to hello@shopbrunel.com within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
Lamps, Ceramics, Tablewares: All lamps, ceramic and tablewares are final sale and not eligible for return. If your order arrives damaged or defected, please reach out to hello@shopbrunel.com within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
Pillows, Quilts, Soft Goods: Unused, and undamaged home goods may be returned within seven (7) days of delivery for a refund of the product price (less shipping). Please email hello@shopbrunel.com to initiate a return.
FOR ITEMS THAT ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:

Return Process: To request a return, contact Brunel at hello@shopbrunel.com with your order number and reason for return. Items must be in original packaging and condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of our receipt and inspection of returned goods. Shipping fees and, where applicable, restocking fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to product availability and are processed as a new order upon acceptance of the return.
