Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of our receipt and inspection of returned goods. Shipping fees and, where applicable, restocking fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to product availability and are processed as a new order upon acceptance of the return.

Shipping: Shipping fees are not included in the price of your product. Brunel ships to the continental US and is unable to ship to PO Boxes. Machine was cold with a mild detergent and with like colors. Tumble dry low or air dry to prevent shrinking and damage. Avoid bleach and hot water, and iron on low heat only if needed.
